Alexander Schoss
Alex grew up around automotive entrepreneurship. His father, Joachim Schoss, founded AutoScout24, giving him an early view of how technology can reshape mobility markets. Alex later studied technology entrepreneurship at Babson College, graduating summa cum laude.
His background combines technical and commercial work: a quantum physics medtech project at the Technical University of Munich, Life Cycle Management at EY, quality and partner management at Generali, and private equity at Castik Capital. Since beginning Kardyna in April 2025, he has brought together advisors from autonomous vehicles, aerospace hardware, venture capital and international sales.
